“Gathering and Budding” is a non-profit independent sub-brand belonging to Gathering, serving the internal recruitment of Gathering. It is aimed at those who have zero experience in headhunting, and aims to open up a path for the growth of professional headhunters. We use our career experience and life experience to help every new person in the hunting industry to develop the right workplace habits and values. We will use the most professional interview method to screen out potential candidates and spare no effort to provide the following help to accompany you through the 365 days of the project.

申请条件
• 全日制本科及以上学历,211/985优先考虑,专业不限;
• 0~3年工作经验,可接受应届毕业生和在校生,如有社会工作经验,优先录取有销售/运营/市场推广经验的意向者;
• 工作地点广州、重庆和北京三地皆可,接受调配优先考虑;
• 善于与人沟通,自我驱动了强,有欲望想赚钱,敢坚持。
• Full time bachelor degree or above, 211/985 is preferred.
• 0-3 years working experience, acceptance of fresh graduates and undergraduates, social work experience, preferred to have sales/operation/marketing experience intentions;
• Three locations in Guangzhou, Chongqing and Beijing are eligible for deployment priority.

The Waking of Insects
第一阶段:
提供专项高阶的技能训练计划,每项技能训练以一个月为周期,带教式培训,我说你听,我做你看,你做我看并指导,复盘提炼。旨在通过系统的训练方式,让顾问学员深度掌握这项技能,并能够指导身边的同事,从而整体提升大团队的猎头技能水平。
Level 1
Provide high-level skills training program, each skill training cycle of a month, with instructional training, I say you listen, I do you see, you do me see and guide, refining. Through systematic training, the consultant trainees can master this skill in depth, and be able to guide colleagues around, so as to improve the overall level of team headhunting skills.

合伙人的权与责

• 负责所属团队的日常运营管理,公司运营提供品牌,系统,财务,人力资源等后台支持。
• 所属团队独立核算,承担所有成本(人员所有薪酬,五险一金,业务差旅费用,均摊的办公成本及其他日常支出等)。
• 可在团队内部按相应条件孵化新的独立业务团队或公司,参与分成。
• 可晋升到公司合伙人,享受更高更刺激的收益。
• Responsible for the daily operation management of the team, the company provides brand, system, finance, human resources backstage support.
• The team accounts independently and bears all costs (all salaries, five insurance and one fund, business travel expenses, shared office costs and other daily expenses, etc.).
• The new independent business team or company can be incubated within the team according to corresponding conditions.

退出机制

• 出资十二个月内,合伙人不能提出资金退出要求;
• 为方便整体资本运作,经双方协商一致后,公司有权收购Leader级合伙人所持股权。股权收购,估值按照收从收购之日起往前追溯十二个月,以累计实际利润总额的五倍为基数,回购合伙人所持有股份,或按照实际利润产值置换总公司股份。
• Within twelve months of the investment, the partners can not ask for the withdrawal of funds.
• In order to facilitate the operation of the overall capital, the company has the right to acquire the shares held by the Leader Partners after mutual agreement. The valuation of equity acquisition shall be retrospective for twelve months from the date of acquisition, and the shares held by the partners shall be repurchased on the basis of five times the total accumulated actual profits, or the shares of the head office shall be replaced according to the actual profit output value.
